Bilge Baykuş

Puzzle games for children in Turkish. There are more than forty, and all of them play offline, on the web and on Android.

Bilge Baykuş ("Wise Owl") is a set of puzzle games for children, in Turkish. It started at home with LinkedIn's daily puzzles: Queens, Tango, Zip and Mini Sudoku. I wanted something like them that my own kids could play on a tablet, without ads or accounts and without anything leaving the device. Instead of one puzzle a day, the app generates as many of those four as you want, and every puzzle has exactly one solution.

There are more than forty games now. Besides word, number, memory and logic puzzles, there are two-player board games, drawing and music, and reading practice. All of them work offline.

The web version and the Android app are built from the same code. I use Kotlin Multiplatform, with Compose for the interface, so each new game is written only once. The app is in open beta, and the quickest way to try it is the web version.
